Chondroplasty
Chondroplasty is a minimally invasive arthroscopic procedure used to smooth and stabilize damaged or deteriorating cartilage within the knee joint, reducing pain and improving joint function. It is commonly performed in conjunction with other knee procedures and is most appropriate for patients with localized cartilage damage that has not yet progressed to severe arthritis. At Interventional Spine & Surgery Group, our surgeons perform chondroplasty to address cartilage irregularities, alleviate mechanical symptoms, and help patients regain comfortable, functional knee movement.
