Chondromalacia
Chondromalacia refers to the softening and deterioration of the cartilage on the underside of the kneecap, often resulting in a dull, aching pain at the front of the knee that worsens with prolonged activity or prolonged sitting. The condition is commonly seen in young athletes, older adults, and individuals with structural knee abnormalities. At Interventional Spine & Surgery Group, our specialists provide targeted treatment to reduce inflammation, relieve knee pain, and improve overall joint function through both conservative and interventional approaches.
